Throwing a great event can require weeks of careful planning. And more often than not, planning always seems to take more time than anticipated. With the Enjoy the Celebration Package, we make it happen. Flawlessly. We will work with you to develop a unique theme for the dinner. Your customized Event Design Plan will include all the design elements for the evening (from invitations to décor and more!). We will arrange all the vendors, ensure they are following the creative design and deliver products and services for a memorable event. This package allows the host to participate in the fun of creating the design of the event but can relax and enjoy the evening knowing that all the details of production are being handled.

Package includes:

• Two consultation meetings to start the creative process (Two 1-hour meetings – either in-person, via phone or email)
• Unlimited on-going communication and consultation hours
• Communication with bride and/or wedding planner to understand wedding-day vision
  This is an important component so the design of the rehearsal dinner complements the wedding day
• One complete Event Design Plan which includes one thematic concept and following components, such as:
  • Invitations*
  • Table décor
  • Place cards
  • Favors
  • Groom’s Cake
  • Complete budget development
  • Includes one revision of original Event Design Plan (if desired)
  • Development of timeline for evening
  • Sourcing all vendors
  • Vendor contract review & negotiation
  • Menu review & recommendations
  • Coordinate copywriting, printing and mailing of invitations
  • Communicating and managing all vendors
  • Ongoing creative design
  • Wedding & rehearsal dinner etiquette advice
  • Coordinating delivery of all necessary materials to the venue
